Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Talent Management Media Specialist in the development of employer branding activities, including social media content development and career fairs utilizing social media platforms
  • Work closely with the Talent Development team in preparation of Learning & Development programs, materials, class registration, bio preparation, scheduling, planning events, and logistics. Assist in organizing and recording class information in the MAHLE Learning Management System
  • Assist the team with Employee Engagement topics such as Diversity initiatives, Performance Management system administration and Employee Survey processing
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and process Talent Management team invoices
  • Coordinate special projects and attend events as assigned
  • Other duties may be assigned



Your Skills & Strengths

  • Preferred Junior standing or above in Bachelor's degree program in Organizational Development, Human Resources or Business from an accredited four year college or university
  • 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
  • Must possess good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Independent problem solving, self-motivated and hard working
  • Social media knowledge
  • Ability to work full-time (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels, but verbal and written (including persuasive and assertiveness skills)
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard and non-standard situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and explain policies and procedures
