Your Role & Responsibilities
- Provide management and project support of North American projects to include multiple locations.
- Partner with management to develop ways to streamline operations, implement cost saving measures, implement process changes which benefit efficiencies and follow the operational requirement of quick inventory turns and the optimum utilization of workforce and machinery.
- Provide support for facility capital improvement projects.
- Review work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers, equipment, and materials.
- Present the overall effect of each project with details cost / savings analysis.
- Assist in performing cost analysis, capacity analysis, and assist with financial planning.
- Assist in maintaining facility to OSHA / security guidelines. Work with operational Team Leaders to meet all OSHA requirements.
- Assist in maintaining the process flow diagrams in alignment with internal ISO guidelines.
- Assist in the creation of SAP materials, bills of material, and routings.
Your Skills & Strengths
- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Industrial Engineering (IE) from four-year College or University and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Lean Process Improvement, Production Automation, Process Flow Analysis.
- Proficient in AutoCad.
- Proficient at spreadsheet work, documentation, and ISO standardization procedures.
- SAP experience a plus.
