Your Role & Responsibilities

  • SUMMARY:
  • Under limited direction, the Administrative and Marketing Assistant will provide administrative support to the MAHLE Aftermarket VP and Management team, as well as provide marketing support to Marketing and Sales teams.
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide executive level, professional administrative support to VP and the Management team.
  • Prepare materials and presentations utilizing Microsoft Office Products.
  • Compile and type statistical documents and reports.
  • Schedule staff meetings and ensure appropriate documentation is received from all participants.
  • Run reports, pull information out of reports and import into Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Supply information, maintain files, produce correspondence.
  • Assist in the maintenance of project-related files.
  • Assist with reviewing charges assessed to cost centers.
  • Plan and/or coordinate detailed travel arrangements (small and large groups) for both domestic and international travel and lodging using Concur.
  • Complete expense reporting for management personnel.
  • Schedule activities and appointments.
  • Order office supplies for the Aftermarket.
  • Plan menus and refreshments for meetings and special events; reserves and sets up associated conference rooms.
  • Publish minutes from meetings when requested.
  • Coordinate and track support activities in other departments as assigned.
  • Support Marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing plan for all brands.
  • Assist Sales team to provide tools designed to help grow sales in the core brands.
  • Work with and maintain positive relationship with advertising and public relations organizations to pursue strategic marketing plan.
  • Orchestrate all communications, both internal and external, through memos, press releases, article contributions, Web Site content, Social Media content and advertising.
  • Foster positive relationships with key customers through working with sales team.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to help develop advertisements.
  • Work closely with MAHLE Corporate Communications office to ensure that all communications comply and are communicated within MAHLE standards and Corporate strategy.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Your Skills & Strengths

  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree (preferred) from an accredited college or university; or 5-7 years of related professional experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience is required
  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Advertising creation, development and strategy deployment is preferred
  • Strong social networking knowledge is desired
  • Knowledge of trade show development and implementation is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Automotive industry is highly desired
  • Permanent Residency Status (US Citizen or Green Card) is required
  • No Immigration Sponsorship Provided
